A bit Corporate but did the Trick

It felt like a comfortable base in Tbilisi. Good location, good wifi, nice food places around. There's space to chill but, sometimes, opportunities to socialise.

It's so big that is lacks any vibe. I heard that years ago, there was more effort by staff to create atmosphere. However, most people just sat by themselves, working on laptops and it took some real effort on my part to find some sociable people - but I found them!

water to drink is free - but I would not. know if I didnt ask + there is no place to take, you should always go and ask bar.
the team was extremely proffesional, but not friednly smiling and wwelcoming like usually the hospitality workers are.
its too noisy till 2 am, people drink and scream in the pubs that are located in the garden of an are.

Cool place to stay with friends!

The stuff was sometimes not nice,and i do not understand why the included breakfast differs from the other menu, very confusing as it was not explained and disappointing. Consider to create one card for breakfast, just my opinion- overall very good stay,cool place!

the location is amazing. it is very social and very big. has lot to offer. it is like a hostel in some ways. a lot of activities.

private rooms are okay but dorm rooms, I had to walk at leSt 3-4 minutes plus go one floor up just to brush my teeth. at least i needed a bathroom on my floor let alone one for every 10-20 ppl. it was lacking. some staff was not hwlpful but not all. even the toilet paper in the dorm rooms were worse than the ones in the private rooms. also not easy to meet ppl as it is super big and crowded and open to outside

Our twin room was very clean. Though it faced the busy court yard, it wasn’t too loud. Staff were friendly. And the style and vibe of Fabrika are industrial chic and laid-back.

Coming back , defo !

+Location is good. There are few supermarkets, bars, bakeries and restaurants around the area.
+Value for money : room with twin beds as a duplex - amazing for families with children . Has basic kitchenette. Plus a huge terrace with sun beds and flowers , totally loved it . View over St Peter and Paul’s Church Dome.
+Great breakfast and coffee. The waitress at the breakfast place is very friendly and hardworking !
+Kids really loved exploring patio with so many cafes, pottery place , football table.
+They kept our bags in the storage room on the first and last days , so we still roamed around the city but hands free .
+Has laundry place.
−
Few minor things :
-I am not sure if they have non-smoking room.
-Shower was constantly leaking , just needs a quick fix with silicone on the floor to seal gaps. If someone is using bathroom after shower , the floor is wet and slippery.
-Smell from the bathroom.
