Pleasant
+ Excellent food, good location and happy and helpful staff, good pricing and value.
− Old, too big development, confusing accessibility, lifts are dated, room interior is dated, bathroom shower is in bath tub, toilet seat is old and uncomfortable, neighbors make noise, neighbors door bangs too loud when closing. Gym is too crowded and hotel guest mixes with long stay residence, no towels in gym.

Excellent
+ We had a wonderful stay, but the breakfast truly stole the show. Everything was fresh, delicious, and there were so many options. Definitely coming back!
− Overall, I had a wonderful stay. My only suggestions would be to have a separate indoor swimming pool for women and to notify guests in advance if facilities such as the jacuzzi are under maintenance, especially when they have specifically asked about them before arrival.

Amazing hotel
+ The location was really good. It was at the centre and everything was 10 to 15 minutes drive to tour sites. The service was good, I had to call the reception for bottle of water. It was hot so i got thirsty all the time. The cleaners cleaned the room every morning and provided new bathroom equipment like new tooth brush box, new razor box, new comb etc. I loved the morning and dinner buffet which was part of my package.
− The toilet had a weird smell all the time. I think it was sewage. The room wasnt sound proof. Other people can hear you and you can hear them.

Worth for the money we paid.
+ It’s huge and nice and very comfortable staying…
− Well I personally didn’t enjoy the dinner. Because I’m a vegetarian and I had very few options to had.

GREAT.
+ The room is clean and the facilities are very well suited with our staycation.
− The only comment is we are given a room with smell of cigarette. I specify to have a non-smoking room.
