+ A quite, clean and comfortable guest house with very friendly and helpful staff. We loved everything, and that was a perfect place to stay near the very interesting Lusik Aguletsi House-Museum. Highly recommended and we will stay here again upon return to Yerevan.

Excellent
+ Great value for money. We especially appreciated the washing facilities. Very kind and helpful owner and staff!
− The only thing that bothered a bit is the shower area - the floor in the bathroom was wet all around after showering as the space is very small.
