+ The apartment is walking distance from the centre of Kos Town but away from the noise. It is run by a friendly family who live nearby and are very attentive to all requests. Highly recommended.

+ It is the second time we are staying here. Maria is as always a wonderful host. Nicely decorated convenient studio. Close to everything but far from crowd. Silent and secure. Highly recommended.

+ First of all, I must start by thanking Maria for everything. She is a wonderful and impeccable host. From the moment we arrived, she had fruit, water, and especially wine ready for us, and, thinking we were hungry, she personally prepared homemade pancakes using her own recipe. And especially, she was always there to help us whenever we needed her, day or night... Maria does this not for money, but purely from the heart and for the sake of her hospitality. This house has more than you need, and its location is a 5-minute walk from the harbor. On behalf of my family and myself, I recommend this place to anyone who wants peace and a home, and who values cleanliness, and to experience Maria's hospitality. Thank you so much to Maria and her family for everything. They were like friends sharing their home with us on the island of Kos.

+ Maria was a lovely host and always replied quickly. The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location is great . Short Walking distance to everything and not too busy in the street. Would highly recommend and would stay there again if returning to kos.
