− Bad Reception staff I booked confirmed reservation till 5 PM on day of arrival by confirmed mail , suddenly I arrived to hotel at 11 PM and found my reservation cancelled without any notice No response at all from hotel or booking I search another hotel after night by double rate I was very bad experience

Eureka is a good hotel with good management the cleaners are great caring people all staff at large are welcoming polite

It's not worth the money to stay here. Great staff, but the room conditions were sub-par.

− Mold on the tile in the shower, the shower doors wouldn't work, and it was impossible to get the temperature in the room to a comfortable setting.

+ Locations was ok. We did booking for our guest,
− Reception Staff or payment collection staff was very unfair. I used to book this property for our guests for more than 5 years. Unfortunately, this time I have received very bad handling from their reception staff.

It's disappointing cause I'm vomiting because of the bathroom smell. The sink is so smelly too.
