+ Size, it was clean, breakfast.
− The guest have to check the supplies. It is required by the hotel because if something is missing late at night the guest has to wait until the next day. If the guest arrives late, sorry.

Perfect, even though it’s a little expensive

+ We spent 3 nights in this small hotel. Very central location, two steps from Republic Square, the heart of Yerevan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But a masterpiece was a breakfast! So tasty, rich and interesting... Really unusual.

+ The hotel’s location is excellent and very close to everything. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the breakfast is very organized and nicely arranged. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, which made the stay very pleasant. The only recommendation I would suggest is to provide complimentary bottles of water in the room rather than requiring guests to use the minibar. Especially since natural bottled water is widely available around the hotel, this would be a nice additional touch for guests.

Great location and wecoming staff.
+ Excellent help from staff arranging taxi or for directions. Location is very central and walking distane to get daily tours starting point. In the night at Republic square has daily light and sound show with fountains. Restaurants and market are at walking distance.
− Location is so perfect for a tourist, cant think what can go wrong.
