+ Clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast and bar staff was pleasant.
− Single room was very small. Breakfast is ok but not much variety e.g salmon. Basic cereals. The hotel is lacking character. Too many automated processes through vending machines like checking-in and checking out or even ordering a coffee (to get a coffee at the coffee machine you need to pay through mobile phone only). To make a hotel experience pleasant, you need some human interaction and this is lacking here. Lighting at corridors is too low, whole place looks dark.

+ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Episode Hotel in Tbilisi! We were a family of 10 travelling from Cyprus, and from the beginning we felt very welcome and well looked after. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, and super comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. What really made our experience special, though, was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, professional, and always willing to help. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us so many great recommendations on what to do, where to go, what to see, and especially where to eat in Tbilisi. Their advice really helped us make the most of our trip! We would especially like to give a huge and heartfelt thank you to Mariam, Eleni, Tata, Marta, Khatia, Ekuna, Maria, Tako, Nutsa, Tengo, Lika and Elenka. ❤️ Every single one of you contributed to making our stay so memorable. + What I liked most was the atmosphere — quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. The room was exceptionally clean, and the soft, subdued lighting made it feel especially comfortable. The self check-in was also a great touch: quick, easy and completely hassle-free. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged for privacy and comfort. A really pleasant place to stay. I highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.
