From paradise to better not to say what

+ The location was great, we went there because of F1, and it was close to the entrance (in walking distance). The air condition was also good, and the building itself is nice, as well as the stairs.

− It was the most awful hotel I've ever stayed in. We expanded our F1 vacation into a real vacation, and arrived one week earlier, and stayed near Baku in a nice hotel with pool and sea view. After we arrived to this hotel for the F1 weekend, the contrast was just disappointingly big. On the photos everything looks fine, you know the category you buy, or at least you think you know what to expect, but it was a really bad surprise. It was a very small room, you open the door, and the bed is already there, you need to do real logistics with the couple of pieces of luggage, the mirror is broken, the curtain has holes, the floor was probably damaged by too much water or use, but the real horror is the bathroom, which was full of mold. On the wall, on the ceiling, on the shower eqipments (which wanted to fall apart), next to the tap, the towels had strange and better not to know what spots. On the wall, next to the towels hair. Disgusting. The toilet had a plastic cover, which was such a bad construction, that when you sat down (slowly), the cover's top hit your back. The breakfast was also poorer than on the photos, they didn't even had a real coffee, just instant - never ever experienced something like that. And that's for 200 EUR per night. We booked another hotel last year in advance because of the F1, but that hotel didn't find our reservation in the system, they didn't respond to us what to do, so 2 weeks before F1 we needed to find another hotel in this area for approx. for the same price - and we choose this. We shouldn't have done it. Extra adventure, the night before our arrival, after 10 p.m. the hotel wrote me a whatsapp message, that the bank terminal doesn't work, and if we can pay with cash... yeah, "sure".

Scam

+ Nothing, it was overbooked scam

− At the day of arrival they said that due to road closures they moved me to another hotel far away from center.

It was nice but they forced me to pay by cash only which I found super uncomfortable.

+ Прекрасное расположение, метро 28 мая, жд вокзал. Цена очень демократичная. Юноши на ресепшн очень грамотные и доброжелательные.

Exceptional

+ The location was the best, close to the boulevard. Also the street view overlooks one part of the F1 circuit.

− Some parts of the room looked worn down. TV didn't work

An excellent and budget-friendly stay with a great location and helpful staff.

+ The hotel is really good and the staff is very polite and helpful. The location is excellent, very close to the main area, and the price is amazing and worth every penny.
