+ No one can disagree with the luxurious level of the hotel ! A special thanks to GEO at the reception, Miga in the lobby lounge, as well all the house keeping at 4th floor, the very kind man who work at the swimming pool in the western side, all the staff who work at the vandome restaurant for breakfast and the very kind staff who work in Martaban the Indian restaurent.
− Small details count to the guest! We were expecting a plate of fruit as a welcoming gest in our room and a sign of hospitality. Also, my mother has requested a small note of birthday or simply a tiny piece of cake in the room. Usually, 5 star hotels provide it complimentary, but we were surprised that there was no follow-up up in this regard. Also, kindly verify the cups of arabic coffee at the reception, I hesitated twice to grab because they were not clean properly..I think guests have mixed between the clean and the used one and they putted all together in the same box

Outstanding stay! Dream come true!
+ Outstanding facilities - gym was excellent and offered free Pilates class! Option to use paddle board, kayaks, bikes and ride a camel on the beach.
− Staff were perhaps too attentive at breakfast - wasn’t left alone for more than a few minutes at a time!
