Excellent accommodation and friendly staff
+ Room facilities and check in, as well as the swimming pool were very good. staff throughout were friendly.
− The beach we were taken to was very diasppointing and the room looked out onto a building site. The noise from planes overhead was most intrusive. There was no hot water one morning and the elevators were not functioning which made carrying a suitcase very challenging. Eating opportunities in the evening were very limited

Nice stay, location is quite far from most things though so ideally you want to stay on the eastern side of Antalya. Sta
+ Looks fancy and posh and a nice pool. We also got a jacuzzi in the room
− There’s not much entertainment wise. No iron in the bedroom and no microwave so for our baby we had to keep going to the bar to ask for hot milk for baby and they charged us 1 Euro each time for this. If we had a microwave this could be avoided. If you live on the third floor of the hotel, be prepared to walk up the stairs from the lift. This was far from ideal for us as we had a pram with our child which we needed to carry up and down. We complained about this for a week before they finally gave us a room on the first floor where we got a jacuzzi. But only after complaining several times everyday for a week. I would expect them to be more understanding of people with small children to give them a room on the bottom or first floor to make it easier for them

− The hotel offered an airport pick up for a set price but when I replied to book tried to increase the price. They did eventually honour original price. Limited food menu.
