− The location, the stuff , specifically Mr.Safa

+ Staff were great. Pool was quiet and lush.

− Breakfast was a bit limited. Didn't really care tho, opted for lie ins instead

− No one cleaned the suite during our stay, may be we had to ask The could be better

+ Location was great . Staff were friendly. Rooms were like home from home . Washing machine and dishwasher. Separate bedroom to living room .

+ Staff Zafar was very helpful. Building and room is new and equipped with all amenities.

− Noise cancellation was not perfect so you could hear outside if other are being loud.

For the price- AMAZING!

+ This little gem is in a very safe area with plenty to do! Staff ibrahim, kamal and mart are lovely and can’t do enough for you! Friendly and always there for a conversation and advice and information! Breakfast was good, not a lot of hot selection but good coffee & recommend the smit bakery around the corner!! Mojos lounge bar is fab and Starbucks 10min walk! walk to durden waterfall and cliffs is 20mins! Terra mall is 5mins with Zara, burksha and a good food hall! Lots of green places with benches to eat and read a book! Not a massive tourist place which was nice!!! Always places to visit! 20mins to old town and bizarre! Apartment was nice! Safe! Washing machine was a plus! Fridge, oven dishwasher! And balcony if u wanted to sit in the sun! Also pool area is peaceful and sunny although no water due to being out of season! Coffee machine and drinks can be purchased at all times and supermarket migros is 5mins away! Loads of branded Resturants and bars! Fresh towels when you wanted- put cleaning tag on door if you want room cleaned! Hotel is modern! And extremely safe for loan traveller! Air-con and heater!

− Cleanliness could have been better in apartment and shower head wasn’t fitted great- could not get Netflix or anything but YouTube or Turkish tv so recommend a stick if u have one but wasn’t too much of an issue for me as I ventured out most of the day! More cooking utensils would be good especially a cork screw bottle opener 🤣

+ I requested a room with a desk, and they gave me a very nice and comfortable desk in the room.

− When booking, I indicated that I might arrive earlier than check-in time. They replied that it was no problem and that I could check in earlier. When I arrived, they said it would cost €20. It's a shame they didn't clarify this right away. I got the impression that they were accommodating me, but in reality it was just a paid service. The shower hose was leaking, there were no bathrobes, and not even a toothbrush and toothpaste. Everything was minimal.
