+ Inquiries before check-in and during the stay, the host promptly responded and provided assistance. The room was extremely clean, and I am prone to allergies. Staying here for two nights had no impact.

I really liked the owners and atmosphere the are creating for all the guests!
+ Very good place to stay if you wish just to have night in Muscat, relax in calm place of the city, next to this guest house you can find nice cafe, restaurant, beach is really close. Also I need to mention very nice owners of the property, they are trying to make you stay as best as possible!
− Next to the property is football field, so you can expect some noice during the game.

+ The rooms are awesome! The location is pretty convenient to the airport. Tricky to arrive but the manager sent us directions, so we could find the place easily.

It was a haven of calm and simplicity but I had everything I needed.
+ The location is very calm and quiet, plenty of parking if you rent a car. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. The room was huge and when i asked for an iron, it was immediately brought up. Everything is new and super clean. It is easy to get to almost everywhere from the location and 2 minutes walk to the corniche and beach. Perfect.
− The bed is very hard, I got used to it on the 2nd night but just to let you know. I also didn't like the plastic cover for the mattress, I get that it is necessary to keep the mattress clean but perhaps they could find another way to avoid sleeping on plastic mattress protector?

A comfortable stay in Muscat
+ Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, clean, helpful staff, fridge and hair drier available. Multi socket plug in was useful. Beach 4-5 mins walk across the road from accommodation for a stroll.
− Internet speed a little slow but would download. No nearby restaurants for breakfast. Some taxi drivers found it hard to find the street (way 4601).Useful to have the location pinned on your phone.
