+ Beautiful property

− For someone stayed 10 days there should be at least 1 free cleaning and there was no salt and pepper . Other than that all was amazing

Total regret. I strongly do not recommend this place.

− I definitely do not recommend this place. I have stayed in many places around the world, but this is the first time I have experienced such poor service. They even charge extra for towels. When two people stay, they don’t provide a double duvet, and if you ask for an extra one they charge 50 dirhams. The funniest part is that when our holiday ended, flights in Dubai were cancelled, so we booked again through the app and decided to stay in the same place. They didn’t clean the apartment and asked for 160 dirhams just for cleaning. On top of that, they speak to you in a very rude and argumentative way. This place is a complete disappointment. It is not comfortable at all. The bed was broken. I couldn’t sleep in it the first night. They said they fixed it the next day, but two days later it was broken again and I couldn’t sleep because of it. I had to sleep on the couch. Total regret. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Great location and good value.

+ Loved the location with direct access to Dubai Mall. Very close to other main attractions too. Was big enough and had a good amount of space.

− The bed was a little uncomfortable and the shower pressure was weak. The water also splashed everywhere even with shower curtain. Contact with the place was difficult at times to keep in touch about things but other than that it was great!

+ The stay was overall enjoyable. The location was excellent, the decor was modern and aesthetically pleasing and the appliances and toiletries provided were of good quality.

− A few annoyances were, the water pressure was too low and the pillows offered were both very stodgy and uncomfortable to sleep on.

− The internet connection was weak They only provide one access card There is only one controller for the AC for the whole flat

+ Better than what is described! Very spacious apartment, great location. You can walk to dubai mall through the building! (5-7 min walk)

− The water pressure wasn’t the best

+ La propreté, l’agencement de l’appartement et l’équipement de la cuisine

− Il y a quand-même une grande distance de marche pour arriver à la station de métro. Même si c’est dans le mall, il faut prévoir 25mn de marche rapide.

+ Muy bien ubicado y limpio, la ubicación es perfecta ya que al conectar con el dubai mall te ahorras salir a la calle con el calor. Las vistas increíbles y muy fresquito aun apagando el aire. Es verdad que el chico de recepción con bigote es bastante borde y habla un poco mirando encima del hombro pero por lo demás todo de 10.

− No había escoba ni balleta de cocina y creo que eso es algo indispensable, también el primer día que llegamos saltó la alarma de incendios en el edificio a las 10:30 am porque había un simulacro y nadie nos avisó, nos asustamos bastante y fue un momento bastante molesto ya que estábamos cansados del viaje y nos despertaron
