Some little notes
+ I liked the staff, specially the reception team specifically Abir Clean nice swimming pool and well designed The beach access was a very good added value
− The bathroom has no bathtub and the shower cabin's door was opening to the inside The windows were not clean from outside which affected the view

Very comfortable room & extremely helpful staff.
+ I was recovering from time in hospital so the junior suite gave me the space to feel comfortable. Having a fridge, microwave & kettle was extremely helpful, as was having supplies replenished daily.

Superb location. Beach access was a plus. The kitchen and bathroom were a little dated.
+ Great, central location, and with complimentary beach access too! Superb storage and a very well equipped kitchen - with items such as table and cookware etc.
− Not all staff looked particularly happy to be there. Or to help.

I was a bit disappointed because the pool timing was different from what they told me before our arrival.
+ I like the location near the city center, the staff and the foods were delicious
− It was damp and the area under the bed was so dusty.

Good but not 5 star
+ - We book the two bedroom apartment it is good for family, large and equiped. - Staff are friendly, mainly Ashley at check in. - perfect location. - small mini market in the hotel is so benificial, I admire hotels who has it. - all kind of coffee at breakfast is a bonus. - you can request any kind of egg for breakfast.
− - clean: there was hair in one of the toilets. - no brush teeth until you ask. - 2nd day when they cleaned the room they removed the used towels but didn't replace! - A/C control was horrible, couldn't get cold enough. - the breakfast: very small area, no place everyday, we had to sit one day outside in the hot sunny area, and very very limited options, but as we were informed that it will be limited during check in so couldn't expect more but actually was better than expected since we can request our kind of egg, and any kind of coffee and that was ok for me.

Everything was fine, except for the limited number of visitors allowed
+ Staff are accommodating and approachable. Specially Mr. Sadik - he is very kind, he approached me with a big smile, he answers my questions kindly and offers everything that he can. Such a great staff!
− Limited visitors are only allowed even if we booked for a 3 bed room apartment.
