+ La habitación amplia y el baño perfecto, es nuevo. A 10 minutos del centro en taxi,que allí son muy económicos.

− No admiten pago con tarjeta, el desayuno simple, pero debe ser la tónica de ese país. Intentaron 1 mes antes que cancelásemos la estancia diciendo que no tenían agua ni electricidad (era el Gran Premio de Fórmula 1 en esas fechas y los hoteles en la ciudad habían disparado los precios) por supuesto no lo hice y el hotel estaba perfectamente operativo.

+ We had a wonderful stay at Flamingo Hotel. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The location is also very convenient — the city center is only about a 15-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we would happily stay here again!

The accommodation was good but the staff's behaviour and the breakfast was very bad.

+ The most beautiful thing is that I enjoyed room which is such a clean room. and the hotel is located such a wonderful place.

− I booked also breakfast but the breakfast was very worst I have seen ever. they just gave me a cup of coffee and a hard dry bread which was unable to eat.

Don't trust the positive reviews

+ We didn't get mugged or bitten by bed bugs. There were no cockroaches. Overall it felt safe.

− Pretty much everything else. There was hair in the bed, shower was covered in black mold, air conditioning was dripping water onto the lamp and telephone, and the whole place was run down. One night someone was smoking either outside or in an adjacent room - whole place stank (we smoke too, but this was unbearable to sleep in). We were also asked to cancel Booking.com reservation, so they don't have to pay commission. We said no, but were messaged from two separate numbers for this and then asked very persuasively at reception on arrival. Felt dodgy as we like security of being on the platform.

+ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, close to Nizami Metro and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and the city center. Everything was convenient and comfortable throughout our stay. A lovely hotel with great hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Baku!
