Good stay

+ Very spacious and comfortable apartment, with all the essential amenities and a great view (we were at 30th floor). The building is very close to the KCCG and Petronas (10 minutes walking). Great view of sunset behind Petronas from the pool. Nice gym and a grocery shop at level 8.

− The pool is dirty, water had a horrible color and even if we would have loved to use it more, we couldn’t because we found it that way. That’s a shame, considering the beauty of the sunset from there. The shop should close at 1 am as advertised on the door, but it closes at midnight and the guy is not that kind. Very long waiting to catch a lift and to get to any floor (15/20 minutes).

+ Good clean apartment and excellent view of the twin towers from all bedrooms.

− Waiting for 10 working days to get deposit back and a policy that we wont have any communication of deposit refund status till end of 10 days is bad. Keeps me waiting for days to see how it goes.

+ Very spacious Comfortable beds The sky pool and the view of twin towers was amazing

− The dishes were not really clean Would be good if the Landry liquid was provided Sometimes at night gets so noisy by the neighbours which can’t be controlled Would be nice to have indoor lobby with air conditioning when visitors are waiting for Grab and taxis

Convenient stay, big apartment, very nice pool views

+ Very good location within walking distance to popular tourist spots and shopping centres. Very nice view from the rooftop pool, especially at night with the lights on KLCC towers. Convenience store in the building was very handy, although ran out of water whilst we were there

− Beds very firm/uncomfortable, lifts can get quite busy

Lovely modern apartment building with great amenities.

+ It was a lovely apartment, so spacious, clean and modern. Lovely views from all windows in the property and of course the view from the rooftop pool was amazing. Really good amenities including a washing machine/dryer which we used. Site included a shop and social spaces. Would recommend.

− The location is a bit further out than where most of the hustle and bustle is but a taxi is cheap if booked online. The rooftop pool was very crowded and was not relaxing.

Excellent

+ The view was lovely, the floor was well kept and the facilities were clean. The rooftop pool was gorgeous and the view of the Petronas Towers was beautiful. The aircon worked well and it was comfortable to stay at and the location is convenient for travelling within the city area.

− The shower drain was very inconvenient as the water took ages to drain out, leading to the water building up. This build-up kept leaking through the weak seal of the inside shower door and made the floor in danger of being flooded as the outside drain was also placed in a non-ideal spot where water could not drain out effectively. I hope that they can fix this part of the facilities as that was my only issue with this property.
