+ Clean and very conveniently located close to two MRT stations. A couple of minutes of the main street so much quieter.

Would also love to visit their branch in Chiang Mai.

+ The room and bathroom were cleaner and more spacious than expected (I especially liked the large rack for luggage!). You can tell the host does care about the property and maintains it well. The balcony has a nice city view, with good privacy and a sense of tranquility since it doesn’t face directly onto the road. There was also free drinking water in reusable glass jugs, eco-friendly!

− The bathroom drain seemed to be draining slowly, the water could build up in the bathing area. The bath water temperature was also a bit difficult to control. Sometimes it was very hot at first.

+ The house was beautiful and extremely clean

− Nothing really. Having written instructions for operating the AC would have been helpful. Also, not sure if breakfast was an option, but would have been nice to have at least a continental service.

Would definitely recommend this place

+ The location was surprisingly good - not at all what a map view would lead you to believe. Within easy walking distance were a good number of restaurants, shops, 7/11s, etc. The place itself was spotlessly clean and all the fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard. If it is important to you, it is very close to Krung Thep Aphiwat Train Terminal (aka Bang Sue)

− The car park was a little small, and manoeuvring in and out of it was not so easy. The stools on the balcony were not very comfortable. These are pretty trivial though!

+ Good access to essentials. Very spacious and friendly.

− The property is located on a narrow street. It may be difficult if you drive.
