A wonderful 7-night stay with an incredibly welcoming team!
+ We travelled as a group of 5 and booked 2 rooms for 7 nights. The great conditions of this hotel definitely made our experience in Istanbul even better! The location is considerably good, as it is very close to the Beyazıt T1 tram station, making it incredibly easy to connect to anywhere you want to visit in the city. The breakfast was complete and offered a lot of variety. Everything was fresh, with plenty of options, including boiled and scrambled eggs and nice fresh bread. However, the true highlight of this hotel is the staff. They were extremely friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. I want to leave a special thank you to Lale, Murat, İdris, Malik, Serkan, Rıdvan, and Mahsun. They gave us a very warm reception and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfectly in order for us. For example, our first room had an unstable Wi-Fi connection, but on that very first night, Mr. İdris kindly proposed moving us to a room one floor up. We moved on the second day, and the connection was perfect from then on!
− We had a couple of very minor details. Regarding the breakfast, although it was great and diverse, there wasn't a toaster available, and the only fruit available during our stay was watermelon. Also, the hot water in the shower was sometimes a bit intermittent (fluctuating between hot and cold), but we noticed that after letting it run for a while, this fluctuation decreased.

+ The hotel was ideally located close to all the famous tourist attractions. Also there is a tram station nearby. Many food outlets nearby.
− The pool did not look very appealing. No extraction fans in bathroom. Tv was not operating. On the day of arrival our room toilet was not flushing. However the staff promptly gave us an alternative room.

Good location, friendly staff
+ On arrival, I was greeted in English by a very helpful lady who provided loads of information and continued to do so throughout my trip. Over and beyond expectations. The young lady at breakfast always had a smile on her face and Mamooda at the front desk was always nice, helpful and accommodating nothing was too much even offered to send someone to the shop. Over and beyond expectations.
− They could switch out the breakfast and change it up a little throughout the week so it doesn’t get a little boring, but it was good value for money and the steam room wasn’t working.

Great value
+ This hotel is good for a short visit not long. Location is perfect as walking distance to granbazar/ the receptionists are so welcoming and friendly. The facilities in room are very old . There is no kettle or proper cooling fridge . The light wasn’t bright and room are small difficulty to walk around bed if you have a lot of suit cases with shopping. We had one day SPA which was 45 euro for massage face mask and Turkish bath was amazing. We had breakfast included but I never made it as I never woke up early 😂. I would still recommend for value of money was actually good and outside hotel is nice and busy easy to catch taxi also not to forget they have a good air conditioning in room
