A stressful and disappointing stay due to the lack of nighttime assistance and difficulty accessing my room.
+ The property is in the remote area. There is construction going on around the property and so much empry land in the area where this property is located.
− There was no one at the hotel during the night, and there was no front desk service available at night. The main entrance of the hotel is open 24/7, but there was no staff member present. Before my check-in, the girl at the front desk sent me a video explaining that she had left my room key on the table and that I could use it to enter my room when I arrived. I arrived at the hotel around 4:00 AM. Unfortunately, while bringing in my luggage, I accidentally left the only key inside my room and got locked out. I tried calling the front desk several times, but no one answered. Thankfully, I was with my uncle, who lives in Antalya, so we went to his house and continued trying to contact her. Around 7:00 AM, she finally answered and said she would come around 9:00 AM. We returned to the hotel around 9:00 AM, but there was still no one there. I called her again several times, and she finally answered around 9:30 AM. She then told us that there was a second key in another box at the front desk. We were finally able to get back into the hotel and access my room around 10:00 AM. This was a horrible and extremely stressful experience, especially after arriving at 4:00 AM. Having only one key available and no staff or emergency assistance during the night made the situation extremely difficult. There should have been a clear procedure or an accessible spare key for situations like this.
