+ We loved the beautiful sea, clean rooms, delicious and varied food, and especially the friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Our holiday was truly enjoyable and memorable.

− Especially at the beach, many sunbeds are reserved early in the morning with towels, so if you arrive a little later, it can sometimes be difficult to find a free one. However, whenever we had trouble finding a sunbed, the staff were always very helpful and did their best. We really appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to help.

+ We had an excellent stay at Duja Hotel. The accommodation was comfortable, and the food quality was very good. The staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and responsive to our needs. We would like to especially acknowledge Mr. Sinan, who was very welcoming, helpful, and genuinely inquired about our well-being during our stay. The reception and service teams were also highly professional and provided great assistance throughout. We highly recommend Duja Hotel.

An average stay with 0 luxury.

+ The property is great, with multiple floors u can explore different environments throughout your stay, pool, bar, beach. Reception staff were lovely.

− Meal times specifically dinner were chaos. There was no monitoring of availability, therefore every dinner was super busy with no tables available & staff non-stop clearing but still not being able to meet demand. A simple system of checking people into dinner and letting people know if there is availability would significantly improve dinners. Getting drinks was incredibly hard aswell, with bar staff not serving wine and directing you to the few waiters who were too busy clearing your serve you. On multiple days i was left walking around struggling to get a drink, which defeated the purpose of an all inclusive. The food was underwhelming and tasteless. The security was a mess often chatting or distracted, making it hard to get through gates and leaving buses (booked by the hotel) dropping us off at the bottom of the property and having to walk up to reception our selves.

Great hotel, amazing food, hospitable staff in general

+ Great location and value for money. Staff around the hotel work tirelessly and are all incredibly hospitable and welcoming. Huge hotel, excellent food and drinks - all inclusive and varied options for dinner specifically.

− Rooms could be looked after better. Its an excellent five star hotel but in terms of room maintenance I think Duja can do better. Room hangers were tacky always falling off, bathroom needed some maintenance, and ironing facilities need to be revisited some staff are willing to give you an iron to use whilst some completely reject you especially when you call room services they get so defensive and say no we cant give it to you, then again i go speak to someone at reception and they are always friendly and helpful. I think your guest relations staff can do better or whoever looks after room services, some are not polite in general!

Good but could be better

+ The personnel were quite friendly and respectful. They were always alert to any potential needs of the customers. The food variety was good (mainly side dishes). The dance shows in the night were quite interesting.

− The sandy beach was not big enough for families with kids. The sea got quite dirty in the afternoon (high probably due to wind and water sports boats operating next to the beach). The live music was terrible.

+ Location set into hillside with beautiful views. Main restaurant buffet good and plentiful. Considering size of hotel seating at all meal times plentiful no waiting for tables Same with sunbeds around pool and beach area plentiful Saff on site very friendly and helpful especially the boys on the front reception driving the buggy carts

− Rooms I found could do with a thorough clean especially in the bathroom around the tiles and floor area .It was clean but not spotless. Towels in bathroom need renewing very thin and threadbare some days ! Yet the pool & beach towels were good ?

We enjoyed our short stay and we will come back for sure!

Great place to stay as great value for money.

+ Great location with a very nice pool and plenty of food.

− Not enough seating in restaurant and the restaurant chairs and tables need to be replaced as old.

It was very peaceful, maybe i would do it again.

+ Food was good, the location was great and the view was amazing. Staff extremely friendly. Cleanliness of the place was perfect. Animation team was so nice and welcoming.

− 50 euros for couple of shirts to clean was quiet expensive... I believe this shouldn't be that expensive. We stayed 8 days so at least make one free laundry for 7 days.
