In general it was good, however, I would definitely not coming back. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel from the view

Hotel and staff perfect just the food a disappointment
+ The water slides decent the pools decent beach was good just the food was a total disappointment
− Everthing was good beside the food selection same thing every day got monotonous after 7 nights the fact that all the alacart you had to pay a ridiculous amount to eat there nothing fancy not worth it

Conclusion: the quality of service absolutely does not correspond to the price of the stay.
+ - Delicious food - Hotel design - Access to the sea - Swimming pool
− 1. Laundry service: ignored requests. We had to ask 4 times, including going to the reception. The paid service was provided only after a heated phone call, with clear displeasure from the staff. 2. Transport services: the lobby employee misleads guests about taxi prices, ignores requested drop-off points, and pushes her own routes. There is a bus stop nearby which is significantly cheaper. I do not recommend using her services. 3. Padel: complete disorganization. For 3 days, the staff couldn't tell us where to get rackets. They were never available at the rental point. The only working method - to take the rackets without permission after closing and buy a ball with our own money.

+ Everything in this hotel was amazing I would highly recommend it. The food had a great choice and was all very tasty the hotel itself was immaculate and impeccable. And the staff were a different class so helpful kind and friendly 10/10 book book book

Not so ultra exclusive as advertised
+ Its size and its staff. Staff was trying hard to keep the guests happy despite their probably low salaries.
− Lots of things which were not mentioned in their original advertisement 1. No airco until middle or end of May. Because they have central heating thus one cannot get fresh air even in spring and I had to sleep with all the noises with balcony door open 2. 50% of hotel is closed so no shows, no long pools and even promade to beach is closed. I understand it is not warm enough but atleast mention it clearly while advertising or question/answer sections 3. Too many disconnected services which have to booked separately and you won’t know it. Like speciality restaurants bookings are all paid 4. Too much repetitive entertainment, no creativity even for kids entertainment. Why shall one stay 1 week with nothing new for kids. I understand for weekdays but even weekend was same. 5. Their water park has lunch break of 1.5hrs which is again not mentioned even at sight. So one is ready to swim and find no rides working.
