The hotel is comfortable, clean and the staffs are very friendly, welcoming and helpful, will not hesitate to stay there
+ It’s a brand new hotel with excellent working facilities, and positioned right next to the Bosphorus river, and there are several amenities such as restaurants and bars nearby and within a short walking distance to the retail complex and Galata Port, I booked into the corner suite room ( Known as the junior suite) and the view overlooking the Bosphorus river is breathtaking, the receptionist Cinar and Mehmet and another young looking gentleman whom I cannot remember his name where all helpful and responded to my enquiries with a great enthusiasm and urgency, the rest of the staffs, the porter/ cleaner, the restaurant attendant Yusuf and his colleagues provided a great service whenever I asked for an assistance, my time at the hotel was short but the quality of the service received was second to none.
− None to be precise apart from the size of the room which is a bit small but irrelevant if you are single, unless you are travelling as a couple. Music noise from the bars and restaurants in the area can be very loud and disturbing at night if the windows are left open but the hotel is fitted with sound proof windows when closed.

+ I love it when a hotel perfectly blends location, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding customer service. A great view and a satisfying complimentary breakfast are always major highlights that make a stay memorable. Very easy to navigate restaurants around and safe.

+ Nice and modern hotel, close to the Karaköy Pier and to the Galata bridge and neighbourhood. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast and the roof top bar, where we had breakfast, was beautiful.
− The streets behind the hotel are full with bars, clubs and restaurants and there is constant traffic in front of it. It can be noisy during the night. In front of the hotel there is a docking area for cruise ships. When a ship is there, forget your sea view (which you may have paid extra for), you just see the ship. There was one such ship when we arrived but it left in a few hours, then another came during our third day there. Neither of these two points are directly the fault of the hotel, but especially for the view, I think they should warn you before you select the premium rooms.
