There were several problems. From noise to problems with opening the door by electronic key. I took a third room at 8 a.
+ Kind and helpful staff, nice room and good location.
− During the whole stay, right next to my room there was repair work as a result from morning to afternoon a continuous drill noise that prevented me from sleeping or even staying in the room. It doesn't seem fair to me to pay for a room where you can't sleep because of the loud noises.

Great stay, but loud bars around the area

− Got the room above the entrance of the hotel so we were quite near the bars and they are loud, thoughout the night.

Ok great location not a big pool but it’s a roof pool so excited

− I couldn’t work the safe and put my bag on wardrobe. I’m really not sure if it was in this hotel but £700 went missing and I didn’t realise till I got to my next location so I can’t say for sure it was there but lock your money up and if safe don’t work go make them fix it

Would not recommend for couples it’s a hotel for child minded people that like screaming all through the night

− Groups of girls constantly screaming running around hotel like kids was ment to be child free not recommended for couples that was to relax there is a bar 20 feet from hotel don’t close till 6 am that’s when your lucky to get bit of sleep before screaming starts

+ Sehr schönes großes Zimmer, Pool auf dem Dach, sehr gute Lage in Patong, haben extrem wenig gezahlt, da last minute Angebot.
− Tür zum Zimmer hat am Boden geklemmt und ging fast nicht auf.
