+ This is really perfect place to stay in Yerevan. We enjoyed so much staying here. We had a really nice room, perfectly clean, comfy bed, spacious bathroom, everything very well decorated. The hotel is in the perfect location and possibility to have parking for your car in the building is great. Staff is very kind and helpful. Really recommend this place!

Lovely people, very clean and comfortable apartments, and an amazing location
+ The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and kind. The location is also very good, but not for those who are disturbed by noise as it's in the city center and there is loud music from the restaurants downstairs, but the windows are fairly noise cancelling.
− The internet connection very slow, but I did not ask about it during my stay as I had my own connection.
