Clean, modern, friendly, easy.
+ The Doubletree was clean and modern and our room had a lovely view of Lake Van. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and our room was quiet. The desk staff went above and beyond, giving us a lovely room and making sure everything worked for us. When, on our second stay, we arrived tired and dusty and needed to change a room AND add a room to our reservation, they worked swiftly to meet all our needs.
− Very minor - the minibar did not seem to work.

Very Good
+ Breakfast is good , but not excellent. Our Room is a junior suit and the size is very good. There are some of the facilities looks a bit old or functions below average , for instance the fridge inside the room does not keep cold the things. Hotel staff are very good and cooperative.

Gastronomy is all about staff.
+ As I left my passport in a taxi, the staff did their best to make sure that I get my passport as soon as possible back.
− Nothing special around the hotel location.
