Отлично, по возможности приедем еще.

+ нам с детьми предоставили раннее заселение , в номере все для комфортного пребывания 2х взрослых и 2х детей, кухонный уголок предоставляет все возможности для приготовления домашней пищи, есть большой холодильник. плита, микроволновая печь, вся необходимая посуда и столовые приборы. Семейный номер очень понравился. До моря 250-300м, инфраструктура вся рядом.

+ Расположение, рядом с морем. Отзывчивые хозяева и работники. Все работало и было чисто. Отдыхали с семьей, брали два номера, все что нужно было для нас было, также важно было расположение до моря, тоже было удобно. Магазины, кафе все рядом.

Perfect location, comfortable family stay and exceptionally welcoming staff.

+ The location is absolutely perfect (3 minutes walk to the beach) and the hotel has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. I travelled with two teenagers, and we were given a very spacious room with two bathrooms and a small balcony, which was particularly convenient for drying towels and swimwear. I saw a few reviews mentioning that the rooms are not particularly modern or newly renovated, but I think it’s important to keep in mind the very competitive prices of this hotel. Personally, I really don’t care if there is a tile missing in the bathroom. What mattered much more to me was the warm, friendly and extremely helpful attitude of the staff. A huge thank you especially to Doa herself, who gave us such a warm welcome and was always available whenever we had the slightest question or request. Everyone at reception was young, polite and professional, and spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. We felt genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. I would happily come back if I have the opportunity!

+ Отличный апарт-отель с потрясающим расположением! 👍 В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: мини-кухня, холодильник, микроволновка и другая необходимая посуда. В целом в отеле довольно чисто и уютно. Отдельно хочется отметить расположение — просто супер! До чистых пляжей Коньяалты всего около 3-х минут пешком. Вокруг огромное количество кафе, ресторанов, магазинов и всего необходимого для отдыха. Локация действительно супер! Персонал заслуживает отдельной похвалы — очень отзывчивые, дружелюбные и приятные люди всегда готовы помочь, особенно хозяйка очень милая девушка по имени Доа, и еще местный любимец песик-Джонни😁 Это апарт-отель, поэтому завтраков здесь нет, но с таким количеством кафе и ресторанов вокруг это вообще не проблема. В целом остались очень довольны проживанием. Отличное место для отдыха в Анталье, особенно если важны море, хорошая локация и возможность самостоятельно готовить. Однозначно рекомендую! 👍

Very Poor

− We booked a garden suite, but what we actually got was basically a semi-basement room with bars everywhere and almost no natural light. There were bugs and cockroaches all over the place. There was a sewer access hatch right in the middle of the living area, and every night the entire room smelled like sewage. The bathroom sink was ridiculously small—it was almost impossible to wash your face or even brush your teeth properly. The whole place was extremely dark and damp. The ceiling had some kind of strange structure, and cats were constantly running and jumping on top of it, both during the day and at night. The banging was so loud that it woke us up in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep. Our entire vacation was ruined. During the first few days of our stay, we repeatedly asked the staff to move us to another room with a balcony. They kept claiming that there were no rooms available, even though there were very few guests and it was obvious that other rooms were empty. The reality is completely different from what was advertised.

+ The location is excellent, just steps away from the beachfront and within easy walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially the young gentleman at the reception during the night shift, who spoke excellent English and was always eager to assist guests. What truly sets this hotel apart is its pet-friendly atmosphere, complete with its own adorable furry residents that add to its unique charm.

− Bathrooms are a bit tired, parking may be challenging if travelling by car the hotel parking spots are full.

+ Absolutely Wonderful Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hotel is an exceptionally clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained place, located very close to the sea. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The owner, Ms. Doa, is such a respectful, warm, and kind person. She and her team provided everything with such genuine care and hospitality that I honestly felt as if I had been living there for years and had known them for a long time. They even kindly provided us with a beach umbrella, which was such a thoughtful gesture — otherwise, I would have had to buy one myself. Everything was truly perfect, from the cleanliness and location to the hospitality and attention to detail. I really felt at home during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again! ❤️
