Need to improve on cleaning standards for a hotel.
+ Location
− Linens, bedcovers, pillows, towels very bad in cleanliness. Swimming pool was not in the condition to be used as it had insects and didn't look clean.

It’s reasonable for family of four.
+ Location is great. Opp Patong beach. Bus stop to Old Town.
− Rugs were old, mattress not comfortable

Good location. Very basic
+ Location is good as its across the road from the beach and near to bars and restaurants
− Pool is tiny and dirty, nothing like photos online. No lift. Tried to charge us for a broken table that was broken when we got there even though we had made them aware of this.

Grotty hovel by the beach
+ The location was good near the beach and at least the bed sheets looked clean.
− It was run down and grotty. Miniature ‘bathroom’ could barely squeeze in. It was essentially a toilet room with a shower head stuck to the wall so everything got wet and the sink leaked onto the floor anyway. Room overlooked a brick wall covered in air con units. Thankfully I only stayed 1 night. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Better options available in this price range
+ Property was in a good location. Close enough to the night life and shops if you want to check it out but Far enough down so you can sleep
− - Bed was broken, they “fix” it but it clearly broke many times and has been “fixed.” - Room clearly had water damage that was not repaired properly, Room had a like damp mildew smell - shower water pressure and temperature was amazing - staff were nice and helpful

Poor
− the hotel did not look like the photos at all. the pool was small and the area around the pool was dirty and run down. the rooms were also dirty and destroyed. I wouldn't have paid so much money for a room in this hotel if I knew how it actually looks

Disappointing
+ It’s cheap
− No elevator, the staff its nice taking luggage till room but I feel sorry for them and its also not comfortable for the tourist, the pics are quite different than the real property the rooms are way smaller and bad looking if sea view which not make sense bc you pay more for sea view, the swimming pool you don’t really feel you want to go there
