+ The location was perfect, right in the center and close to all the amenities. The marina and the beach were both within walking distance, which was very convenient. Akan was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever I needed anything. I really appreciated his hospitality and responsiveness. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

A good stay overall
+ I was able to check in late and it was smooth. Property centrally located and tastefully decorated. I was able to leave my bag after check out.
− Some furniture is rusty and pillows were not comfortable. Towels seems overused. Also, there was loud music from bars outside and can cause issue for shallow sleepers.

+ Excellent location except walk is required because it’s in an alley not reachable by car.
− I liked it ok for only sleeping there one night, needed to be close to the old town center to be able to see all the things around there within 24 hours.

This is a good value in an expensive coastal town.
+ The location and staff are great. There is a nice breakfast. The town is very expensive so this place is pretty good.
− The bathroom is very small and moldy.

good value in heart of Bodrum & great host
+ Basic rooms right in the heart of the main street of Bodrum. It feels like a little bed & breakfast with living room is lounge in, outdoor space and kitchen. Akan is so nice and welcoming. I did morning walks along the coast, traditional Turkish breakfast in the morning & then galavant around town. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Bodrum.
− The rooms are nice, the bathrooms are a bit worn as the shower floor is not tile but cement? but clean and good enough for 2 nights.
