آپارتمان دلوکس ارسوی

Horrible facilities except for the pool. Staff were great but didn’t make up for the disgusting facilities there. Place

+ The only positive things about this hotel are the views, the pool, the location and the helpful staff.

− Other than those positives, everything else was atrocious. Our beds were dirty, hair on our pillows when we checked in, the general state of the room was horrendous, broken toilet buttons, old broken bedside tables, just really bad. We then had a major issue which was that we found two cockroaches in the bathroom when we woke up which came through the hole at the back of the toilet which indicates a cockroach infestation possibly in the walls. My girlfriend was very uncomfortable and felt uneasy about staying on our last night but we decided to anyway as we got told by staff that our room would get sprayed and we got relocated to a different room. This other room still had the same poor facilities including a completely broken window which we could not close as it was the top part was off its hinges. The power kept going off throughout our 3 day stay. We were overcharged for breakfast which was mediocre to say the least which has stale chips and cereal included.

Awful, dirty, no working pool, NOT close to the beach and food is inedible

− This hotel is awful, it says it has a pool and the beach is 350meters away, this is far from true. The pool had brown swap water in it and was about five inches deep. The beach was over 2 kilometres away. Carpets are all dirty, the room was dusty and dirty, the bathrooms smell of sewage. The breakfast was inedible, the male staff there are rude and also over charged me £60, and when I confronted them he put his finger In my face and I had an altercation with him. This place is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The pictures are extremely old that they advertised. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Exceptional

+ This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. Thank you very much to Süleyman Bey, who helped us with the tour during when I stay at the hotel. Because it would be good for me when I get a customer really I’m enjoyed he helping to try raffting and make tour antalya and visit waterfall

Disappointing

+ Had very good location, and the staff is willing to help. But the hotel room was no like we thought or show in the pictures.

− The first room wasn’t clean, the floor have some dust, the bathroom had mold in the walls and floor, very humid and in the walls too. Bed to hard. They change us for another room, much better, a bit more clean, but the bed still was very very hard
