Hotel was very comfortable, the location was a little bit far from the action of Bangla Rd.
+ Breakfast was very good with a great selection of foods. The pool was very clean and enjoyed using it. The room was very clean and comfortable. My cousin became sick near the end of our stay and was very well looked after by the hotel staff.

+ The location was great.
− A hotel with a balcony that a smoker can't use to smoke.you have to go down to the street like you are doing something illegal. Also this hotel is in the party district but you can not have a visitor, all visitors must wait in lobby. This is not a hotel for a single man who smokes and want company.

For complete strangers in Thailand, the hotel made our stay stress free and friendly.
+ The coldness of the aircon, the reliability of the wifi, the courtyard pool the food and the smiles on the staffs faces.
− The bathroom in the morning on our second day had 6-10 beetle looking bugs crawling around. However, I understand that this is normal in high humidity climates, and can’t be fully prevented. This was the only inconvenience we experienced.

+ Location is perfect! Walking distance to beach, Bangla walking street, night market and lots and lots of restaurants and bars around! Had a very pleasant stay. This is our second time at this property! In room dining menu was good as well, especially vegetarian food. We were surprised with the taste and quality.
− Breakfast was good, but hopefully they can increase vegetarian options.
