Excellent
+ Perfect location- in the middle of old town. And the breakfast was excellent! Enjoyed the vibe. Of couse, you have to consider the price range, and don't expect a 5star hotel. Room was very basic, still beds were comfortable! Overall- highly recomend! Loved the breakfast companions- the cats!
− Nothing really! Well, electric outlets were in strange places.

About 27 £ for one night in this matchbox and no minibar or refrigerator was not worth.
+ I don't have time to see the property exactly.
− My single room it was a matchbox and shower and toilet 70 centimeter far from my bed, terrible .

Excellent location, but disappointing room arrangement and uncomfortable family room
+ The hotel is located at an ideal location just few minutes walk away from the Kaleici port, the location is wonderful and the hotel has a nice dining place outdoors where breakfast is served. The breakfast is not a buffet but a plate with cheese, bread, fruits etc that is provided.
− We had booked two family rooms (4 people) however when we reached were informed that one of the family room is occupied so we will be given 3 rooms (1 family room + 2 other rooms) to accommodate our 2 families. We were family with young kids so we did not appreciate this. We were told okay that we'll be getting 2 family rooms and we then made the payment, however after making payment we were still given 3 rooms. The family room we were given had a slanting roof and it was overall very uncomfortable for us. We had booked 3 nights but we ended up just staying 2 nights and left the hotel. I am attaching the photo of the family room.

Not good give proper facilities
− Toilet is not good,water was not coming on shower and room smell like dump.

+ Excellent location. They secured a private parking for my car. In terms of building and amenities and room facilities, was poor. Not enough power sockets for a couple. The bed was old and not well clean. The cover and pillows were clean instead. For economic stay just bed and shower , I recommend it for its location and safe zone

It could have been better within existing resouces!
+ Location was good Breakfast was moderately good.
− The room ceiling was very low. There was a hole on the roof and it was covered by a tin/light metal case which is moveable. They didn’t provide drinking water on the first day. There was no lock in the door of washroom. They provided big shampoo and bath gel bottle which we use at home. These were long being used by numerous tenants. Hotel staff were somehow helpful but English communication was a bit difficult at times.

+ The owner is friendly, Breakfast was big and delicious and the location is very central and walkable while not too noisy.
− The rooms quite small and we didn't have hot water for such a long time, which after 5 days camping this is why we booked accommodations. One of us took a cold shower, one a Luke warm and one of us got a hot shower
