Wonderful Stay with Amazing Staff!

+ We had a really great stay at De Suite Hotel! All the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the guy who usually came in during the evening — we saw him quite often because we were usually going out around that time. He was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to give us advice and recommendations. We really appreciated that! The breakfast staff were also very nice and welcoming. Breakfast itself was very good, with 4 different options to choose from, including English breakfast, healthy breakfast, Turkish breakfast, and another option that I unfortunately don’t remember. The Turkish breakfast was definitely our favorite! Overall, breakfast was really good and we enjoyed having it every morning. The location is great, especially if you like being close to the sea. The hotel has an agreement with two nearby beaches, where you can get a discount, which is a really nice advantage. There’s a small market just downstairs from the hotel with good prices, and there are also some restaurants nearby. They’re not the best restaurants we tried, but they’re perfectly fine for a quick meal. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. If you enjoy going to the sea and spending time at the beach, you’ll definitely enjoy your stay here. For visiting Kaleiçi Old Town, there are three buses you can take. The bus station is about a 7-minute walk from the hotel, and the ride takes around 50 minutes. We really loved Kaleiçi — it’s cozy, beautiful, and the sunset was amazing. We also had dinner there and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at De Suite Hotel. The friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, good breakfast, and location near the sea made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it!

Прекрасный отель и лучший персонал

+ Впервые были в этом отеле, до этого 2 года подряд останавливались в центре города в одном и том же отеле. Но там в этом году было неоправданно дорого и пришлось искать новый вариант размещения. В итоге свой выбор остановили на De suite hotel. В момент бронирования отзывов было на букинге мало, потому что отель новый. Ближе к поездке появились новые отзывы и много было про то, что слышимость в номерах, мешает звук самолетов, звук рядом расположенной мечети. В итоге ехали с плохим настроением, думали , что не сможем нормально отдохнуть. Но все оказалось неправдой. Жили в номере 201. Номер огромный. Два балкона, на одном из них джакузи. Прекрасно работающий кондиционер. Теплая вода в душе, которую не надо три часа ждать🤣в номере было тихо, мы закрывали двери на балконы и в итоге не слышали ничего: ни самолетов, ни мечети, ни соседей, ни лифта.Ничего не мешало.Отель очень удобно расположен, до аэропорта 27 минут. До пляжа 2 минуты. До магазина 0 минут, потому что магазин расположен прямо в здании отеля 👍🏻никакой громкой музыки рядом, никаких орущих ресторанов и тд.Очень удобно, что есть два пляжа, с которыми сотрудничает отель. Можно брать пляжные полотенца в отеле, на ресепшен. Один пляж с 50% скидкой, это невероятно красивый пляж, есть много фото зон, небольшой бассейн , все удобства, ресторан и свой выход к морю. И есть пляж попроще, там вход от отеля по ваучеру свободный, но надо купить еду или напиток. Море чистое, пляж кто-то писал, что грязный, но пляж обычный, как и в других районах Антальи, ничем не отличается. Рядом с отелем 3 магазина и если необходимо, то есть еще магазины в 10 минутах ходьбы. Завтраки на выбор: турецкий, английский или гранола. Сервировка персональная. Нет шведского стола. И это удобно, нет лишней суеты.Нам всего хватало.В номере бесплатная вода, чай и кофе растворимый, сахар, сухие сливки. Отличный шампунь, не пришлось ничего покупать. Полотенца меняли каждый день.И самое главное - персонал, спасибо им огромное!ребята очень стараются!

− Немного бы улучшить уборку полов в номере😃

Gut, wenn man mit Auto unterwegs ist und nur ein gemütliches Übernachtungsort und leckeres Essen braucht.

+ The property is awesome and the rooms are very spacious. The showers are really powerful and the bed is sooooo good!!! The location is spot on! 2 min walk to the beach if that. The staff are fantastic!!!!

Exceptional

+ In primul rand tot personalul este de nota 10.Locatia este foarte aproape de plaja,am avut prosoape de plaja la receptie in fiecare dimineata.Curatenia s-a facut in fiecare zi chiar daca noi am stat foarte putin in camera deoarece am inchiriat masina si am fost si la Plaja Konya.Cei doi baieti de la receptie ne-au ajutat atat cu informatii despre Antalya cat si cu excursiile noastre la Suluada (a fost superb) Mancarea a fost foarte buna si variata. Loc de parcare gratuit.

− Our room had mold in the hallway. In my opinion this place is too expensive for what it offers. For my taste, bed is too hard and pillows too big, barely slept which is bad since we came to relax. This would be a good accomodation, but not at this high price, I would not come back.

Very Good

+ The staff were very helpful and friendly, the morning breakfast was delicious and very tasty. I got support with the taxi when I left (I really appreciated it). Overall, it is a decent place for a few days.

− The humidity in the room was crazy from the bathroom. The room felt quite cold, there is no window to open for the bathroom to let the steam go out. Unfortunately the smell of mould because of the water from the bathroom. Indeed we bought the cheapest room, but unfortunately it was not comfortable for 3 nights. The view from room 114 was not so nice, there are constructions in the yard. Also, the area was not so interesting on this side of the island. We went to Konyaalti Beach and that area was very beautiful and interesting.
