− The check in n the lobby looks very dark and dodgy, but I love the room , the heater for shower was really good ! I love the location !! But the hygiene can be improve , the floor is dusty.

There are nicer places around this area, so I would recommend choosing one of them instead.

Waited until we arrived to cancel our room with no information.
+ Nothing, never got to see it.
− Arrived at approximately 3pm and noticed the door/gate was locked, went to check my emails to see if we needed a code only to see a message on booking.com from the staff saying they were no longer available and asked us to cancel our stay. Check in was from 12pm and they sent the email just after 2pm. We had booked the accommodation days in advance. I phoned them to find out why and the man on the phone said “check in was at 12 and you have not checked in so I have a right to cancel the booking at anytime until check in”. Then told us they “we only accept cash at the property” so I asked him whether we could still keep our room and pay cash online as they still had rooms available on booking.com. He told us no and we had to cancel. There was a cancellation fee which cost more than the room itself but luckily they waived this fee. However, later I received a follow-up message saying there was an issue with the room and that is why they had to cancel. Clear lack of communication somewhere. Ended up having to book somewhere else on the spot.
