Exceptional apartment studio
+ Everything No need to bring anything. They have it all. They even have a balcony with chairs you can place outside. The kitchen is well equipped and there's no need to buy anything since they have condiments, even dishwashing liquid,tupperwares, kitchen roll. Same for the bathroom, there were extra soaps,shower gel,shampoo, extra towels for the whole stay of our duration. The location is in downtown and we can see a glimpse of Burj Khalifa from the swimming pool. The neighborhood is very charming and clean. The property manager is easily reachable and has helped us many times!

Perfect choice to stay in a great location
+ Starting from the location, which is perfect! The staff is beyond perfection, they are very helpful with all the amenities of the studio. They welcome you with snacks, tea and coffee, everything is ready to use; internet, gas and the kitchen is fully equipped. The gym and swimming pool are great. It is an amazing choice to stay in Dubai!!

Exceptional service, comfort, and location.
+ The entire experience staying at this property was exceptional, even for the high standards of service I am used to when renting short-stay apartments in Dubai. The communication with the host even before arriving in Dubai was clear and efficient, the place was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and extremely comfortable, and fully equipped. I specially appreciated the basic supplies which were provided free of additional charge (coffee and creamer, dishwasher soap, washing machine detergent, toiletries, and even some nice snacks), they really made a difference making my stay easier and more convenient. The place is also very well-located, 20 minutes drive from the airport, and 20 minutes walk to the Dubai Mall. Overall an absolutely fantastic experience. My deepest appreciation for this host and his team, and I very much look forward to staying here again in the future.

+ We had a great stay and a very pleasant experience overall. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent — very polite, understanding, and helpful at all times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the smooth handling of everything during our stay. We would happily choose this place again on our next visit to Dubai and highly recommend it to other travelers.
