Très bonne nuit mais accueil à améliorer
+ Super emplacement dans un quartier très vivant, chambre et salle de bain très propre, matelas confortable. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour un passage à Istanbul.
− Malheureusement, pas de réponse du propriétaire du logement concernant la procédure d'arrivée (via booking et whatsapp). Nous avons finalement été directement sur place, accueil par le vendeur du magasin de glace au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble qui nous a simplement donné la carte de la chambre sans aucune autre explication sur le lieu ou le fonctionnement. Nous avons découvert par hasard qu'il y avait une belle terrasse au 4ème étage. Une bouilloire serait appréciable :) Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit, c'est bien l'essentiel !

A beautiful and welcoming place in a fantastic location, with wonderful staff.
+ Everything was amazing. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and very well located. The staff were incredibly lovely, friendly, and always ready to help. There is also a charming café downstairs, which was very convenient. The property is close to many beautiful places, restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy to explore Istanbul. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
− There was nothing we disliked about the property. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

+ Everything! Lovely owner , always smiling, always helpful, like the whole staff, cleaning lady and coffeteria team. Beautiful decore of the room, the space and cleanliness, everything new. Amazing rooftop terrace on 4th floor. Top location, so close to Bosphorus and Galata, safe area close to many coffee and restaurant.
− Just kettle and fridge in the room would be perfect

+ Everything was great. Very nice clean rooms (exactly like on picture), amazing owner and staff and beautiful terrace. Location is simply perfect and great coffee downstairs! Not traditional reception, but no problem, the owner is very responsible.
− The kettle and fridge in the room would be perfect.

很满意，服务很热情，离店遇到了房东老板娘，请我们吃了他们家的冰淇淋
+ 房间很干净尤其是厕所。地理位置很优异，下楼就是文化街区，距离加拉太塔也很近，走路只要三分钟。楼下是老板自己的冰淇淋店，非常好吃。
− 隔音效果可以稍作改进

+ Местоположение супер.сам отель очень красивый и очень чистый.если небольшие недостатки если их решить будет идеально
− Небыло фена в ваной.мы попросили нам его так и не дали.нет холодильника маленького в номере это большой минус.жара воду даже не охладить.нету чайника хотябы чяй попить.эти три вещи если обратят внемания решат проблему.я вас уверяю что я сам всегда буду там оставаться.

A quiet stay in a vibrant part of Istanbul
+ The location was great, directly at the busy center heart of Galata. There are lots of people and cars moving through the streets below, but the apartment was very quiet. Ideal to wind down after a long day. The bed was great and the airconditioning was a plus. The owner was very kind and showed me the whole hotel, from the cafe downstairs to the rooftop terrace, and gave me some tips for good restaurants.
− Some of the sheets and towels had some stains on them, not like big ones. And to be fair, I didn't ask them to replace it, I was fine with them. But just enough to notice in an otherwise spotless place.
