Comfortable and welcoming

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't have been better, few yards away from the central area, restaurants, bars, exchange places and cultural sights however at the same time it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room is very clean and there is 24 hour access to the large kitchen that is just across the hallway. The communication was great prior to arrival and the host is very friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay again.

I liked the soft bed and the room looked clean; the service was good.

If possible, I'd prefer the curtains to be more opaque so that the morning light doesn't shine into my eyes and I wake up too early.

Stayed in a few hotels in Tbilisi in this price range, and this was the best one.
Clean, great amenities, and the location is excellent.
As other reviews said, they've paid lots of attention to detail. Even shelves/phone holders next to power sockets by the bed.
All rooms are on the ground floor so no problems with large luggage.
Manager is super helpful and friendly.
Would recommend!

Not a negative but a minor suggestion:
There are a couple of doors to unlock to get to your room. One of my rooms had a pair of keys with different coloured handles, which saved me from having to guess which key to use. Would be great if you did this for the other rooms too!

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well organized. The location in Tbilisi was convenient. The kitchen facilities were useful and everything was well maintained, Victor was especially kind and helpful

Victor is the nicest host, always keeps in touch about anything and everything you would need. If you face any problem, he's always there to help you out to the best of his capacities, and that also includes getting to his hotel from the airport and going back to the airport from his hotel.
Apart from that, the hotel itself is very neat, secured, well maintained with every possible amenity covered. The kitchen is very well equipped in case you would need to cook yourself a meal, and the bathrooms and rooms, well furnished.
I know where to book my stay the next time I'm in Tbilisi.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Tbilisi! From the moment we arrived, the owner Victor was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Every small detail was taken care of, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free.
The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it very easy to explore Tbilisi’s main attractions, restaurants, and cafes.
We truly appreciated the owner’s attentiveness and the overall warm hospitality. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. We would definitely stay here again!

It was all as described, very clean and in a great location, with all the things you need whether in the bedroom or the kitchen. And a lovely host and staff!

Comfortable, clean and centrally located in the old town. Victor was friendly and helpful. The shared kitchen facility is nice for tea, laundry and meals. Good price to quality ratio.

Google maps shows a different location and the entrance is on the rear street, so please be sure to check the actual location with the owner. Driving on the old town narrow streets can be tricky. Also the bathroom could probably be better ventilated.
