Great stay. Would choose it again if I ever visited India again. Food was divine
+ Liked that the food was really good
− I think the room we were given had not been used for a long time. Initially we were given a room which wasn't made... I found it strange that reception didn't know the room they were assigning to us was unkempt. Our fridge wasn't even working in the room given afterwards. We had to have it replaced which says much.

Clean, modern. 14th floor noisy with bar above

− We were on the 14th floor. They have parties in the bar on the 15th floor which are VERY loud. People are jumping and dancing right above your head until 3am. Just make sure you get a room on another floor. I’d have appreciated the staff telling me about this. Otherwise really good.

The hotel was nice, but the receptionist could have been more welcoming and friendly.
+ The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The city view was beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience!
− To be honest, this was the first time I encountered hotel staff, especially the receptionist, who did not seem properly trained to welcome guests with a smile or a friendly attitude. I believe receptionists should receive better training on how to interact with guests in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner.
