Short stay at Crowne Plaza Noida.
+ This was my second stay at this hotel. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was very good with a wide variety of food on offer. Breakfast was equally good. Food was of a very high standard.
− Airport shuttle rates were quite high considering local taxi fares, but I guess this is what you can expect to pay if the hotel makes the transport arrangements. I think the fares need to be revised down if I'm honest as they were quite expensive.

Amazing :)
+ I booked a stay for my parents' birthday celebration, and the entire team was incredibly helpful in creating a memorable experience. Sonali, the guest relations executive, was outstanding. She was extremely considerate and executed every request perfectly. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and I am very grateful to the team for making it so special. Will definitely consider staying here again

Exceptional
+ After I booked, I get full support with Mrs Saloni Khanduri.
− When I have already informed the receptionist that I will check out by 3pm which he agreed and then started calling me to asking me what time I will check out by 1pm. I was sleep and they disturbed me approx with 4-5 phone calls which I decided to check out by 2.30pm. There is a communication issues between the staff. And in breakfast, they keep pork next to VEG and Chicken. As a Muslim it feel disgusting 🫣

Very Good
+ The location is very good, ample parking space and vallet facility as well. Rooms are spacious and amenities are plenty.
− The reception of the hotel is rather small. Checking in even at 4 PM took a good 20 mins. Need more staff at the front desk
