Avoid this place: spiders and bedbugs on bed, food scattered on the floor, rude host

I had a reservation here for 4 days and arrived around 9:30 PM (I always informed the host about arrival times and he was always okay with it). Around midnight, while getting ready for bed, a spider crawled out from between the mattress and the mattress cover. Naturally, I got startled and started looking for it by pulling back the bedding. When I did that, I discovered the mattress was infested with bedbugs and had other people's hair on it. I also noticed peanuts scattered near and under the bed.
I notified the host about this around 1:30 AM. He tried to charge me for the night, arguing that he had supposedly waited for me all day, even though check-in was late and the policy allowed free cancellation until 6:00 PM anyway. He refused to give me a refund for that night, meaning I essentially had to pay for accommodation I couldn't even sleep in, having only spent about 4 hours in the space.
When giving money back for the rest of the stay, he tried to overcharge me and take more than he was supposed to. Only after I confronted him did he finally hand over the correct amount for the other days. When I called him out on his behavior, he just made excuses and slammed the door in my face.
This resulted in finding myself in a rather bad position: I had to pay for extra accommodation and find a new place at around 2:30 in the morning in an unfamiliar country, forced to wash all my clothes to avoid spreading the bedbugs, and having to postpone a trip I had planned for the following day. Avoid this place entirely.

Good accommodation in a strategic location in Tbilisi. Supermarkets very close by

Apartment in a good location in Tbilisi. The host was helpful. Excellent value for money

Air conditioning could be added, but I was fine. The shower is open, so you have to sweep it clean. It wasn't a problem for me

Когда денег мало, идеальные апартаменты. Чисто насколько возможноучитывя что все старенькое

Все чисто, добрейший хозяин. Поддерживает связь через ватсап, быстро отвечает , заселил нас ночью.
Цена— просто сказка 🥳
Есть кухня и минимум посуды, можно что-то приготовить.
Тихо!!! Мы очень крепко спали несмотря на отсутствие кондея.

Показалось, что есть запах плесени, хотя нигде не видно ничего такого.
Имейте ввиду, что до номера нужно идти по лестнице. Пройти можно с двух сторон- с улицы ниже и с улице выше апартаментов. При заселении лучше спускаться вниз и ехать на улицу, которая выше апартаментов.

Хорошее жилье за минимальную цену

Квартира располагается в очень атмосферном аутентичном районе, до центра (пл. Свободы или Авлабари) 20 минут пешком. Фото полностью соответствуют реальности,все старое,неуютное,но и цена на жилье соответствующая, здесь выбор каждого. Все работает (вода холодная,горячая,микроволновка,фен и т.д.), набора столовых приборов и посуды достаточно, чистое белье, 3 одноразовых шампуня. Wi-fi работает прекрасно. Радушные хозяева. Мы прожили неделю с ребенком,нас все устроило за такую цену.

Cold, heater and boiler occasionally malfunction and host just 'teaches' you it works and you are not able to make it work. If it suddenly stops, perhaps is something else. Advertised drying rack was disgustingly dirty and soiled my shoes.
