+ Very pleasant host! The kitchen had lots of useful stuff for comfortable stay (oil, basic pastry, tea, coffee). The local is very good. You have everything nearby.
− Maybe not so much sun from the windows, but there are lots of lights that you can make your stay very cozy

+ A wonderful apartment, fully equipped, with plenty of dishes and everything you need to stay comfortably in the city. Great location with grocery stores, pharmacies, and good cafes nearby.

Great stay overall!
+ The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk to Vake Park. The apartment is perfect for hot summer days; it stayed pleasantly cool even at +30°C, and I never had to use the air conditioner. I loved that there are plenty of light sources throughout the apartment. All appliances work perfectly, the furniture is in good condition, and nothing is falling apart. A big plus is that pets are welcome — my dog and I were very happy here!
− The only downside is that some neighbors like to sit under the window, talking loudly or watching videos on their phones at full volume.
