− Ne correspondait pas a l annonce Pas de four l La television ne fonctionnait pas les ustensiles de cuisine hors d usage ainsi que peu d ustensile pour cuisiner Les lits inconfortables les matelas sont de mauvaises qualites les poêles et casseroles inutilisables La mere de l hote peu agréable des notre arrivée nous presse pour la payer ( j ai du me rendre à un point de change pour pouvoir payer mon séjour elle n a pas voulu attendre le lendemain matin

A spacious and very clean apartment with an excellent location and a wonderful host.

+ The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and could easily accommodate more than four people. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The location was excellent, very close to Republic Square, with a supermarket and currency exchange nearby. The host was extremely kind and helpful and also spoke Persian, which was a nice bonus. The apartment itself was bright, tidy and very pleasant to stay in.

− The building entrance and common areas were quite old, and there was no elevator. Since the apartment is on the third floor, carrying heavy luggage upstairs can be difficult.

+ The location was great, just a few steps from the main square, the apartment was clean and comfortable, the host was kind and helpful. Good choice, especially if traveling with family.

− There was no shower curtain, but since the bathroom was large enough, that was not a problem for us.

Nice apartment ,newly renovated but it’s inside one very old building

− It’s inside a very old building.You will get surprised when you enter to that building and very old staircase and darkness but niece you tech to the apartment you will love the place.

− Chyběly některé druhy nádobí, chodba působí děsivě.

− The main entrance to the building is old

Disaster

+ You will reach Yerevan and when you call the owner he will not answer you then you have to call and struggle with Booking customs service , they will tell you that we sent mail to the owner and you have to wait in the street 45 minutes ( as per their internal procedures )before they ask you to book another apartment. Of course you will bay more as you are searching for same day check in , you will found that the prices is double. Good luck
