+ location is more than excellent. The staff are very helpful. And they will do their best to fulfill your requirement special. Thanks for Mr. Rasoul and Mr. Joshgun they are the jewel of the hotel

+ The hotel has the best location for pick-ups and drop-offs, with plenty of restaurants and great spots for taking photos nearby. It’s basically in the center of everything, which made getting around so convenient. Special compliments to Joshgun, who assisted with everything with such a calm, welcoming, and helpful attitude. He made my stay even more pleasant. Thank you!

One of the best hotels in 54 countries I’ve visited

+ The location is second to none. It’s right in the center of the tourist zone. No cars allowed so you can meander in peace. It’s a short walk to many great sites and restaurants abound. We had a balcony and it had the best view imaginable. It was wide and clean. The bathroom was spotless and appointed so well with everything you’d need. I really didn’t expect such a clean and comfortable hotel. The stairs are a few flights up but the hotel staff will bring your bags up. I wanted to take a moment to mention Joshgun who is one of the nicest, most helpful and efficient folks I’ve ever met. He brought our bags up straightaway. Throughout our stay he always met us with a kind smile and always offered to help in any way. In fact - he did us a really good turn with respect to opera and ballet tickets. We had physical ticket reservations to the opera - and could not find any place to get the tickets! Joshgun spent a good amount of time on the phone with the ticketing company to convert our tickets to QR tickets. He also had arranged for a weighting machine to be brought to the hotel to weigh our bags ahead of a flight. It was honestly a hassle to get the machine from this hotels larger location because it’s a heavy, full size machine. However, as usual, Joshgun had it brought over as promised.

− I loved everything about the property except the flight of stairs that met us. However, the hotel staff will help you with the bags. Breakfast is at the larger sister hotel some 5 minutes away. However, they can make a plate for you. I didn’t mind the walk every morning. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. Additionally, a young lady who manages breakfast is very kind and quick and also always greet. you with a kindly smile.

On the main touristy street

+ Thank you for being available at the last minute when everything else was sold out. Easy to find right off Niżami street in old town building

− The place including bed sheets were drenched in perfume and air fresheners, there’s no proper blackout blinds so a lot of light from outside makes it hard to sleep. The street is extremely noisy until 3am and even with windows closed it was very very loud, so hard to sleep. There’s no ironing board or hangers.

+ Two things really good about this hotel. 1. Extremely friendly staff especially Tural and Seymur. Very knowledgeable, decent, friendly and helpful. 2. Location which is right on the Nizami Street.

+ The view of the my room is very best direct to nizami street but i think only 1 or 2 rooms with balcony

− and the very disappointing is it have no lift no proper staff and on the entrance of the hotel its to much smell of cats litter
