کونتنتو آپارتمان

Exceptional

+ The location is great, a super market and mall nearby. The host is very responsive and replies promptly. Was thoughtful and shared the exact location as per Yandex maps which helped us book Cab in Yandex Go. Good neighbourhood and very close to the central part of the city with great connectivity. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the stay.

It was an excellent stay overall.

+ A washing machine and detergent that you can use, no need to look for a coin laundry service. The owner shared a couple of videos via WhatsApp to show how to get these doors with the security codes. It is not complicated at all you just need to follow them step by step.

− Nothing at all for me

Exceptional

+ Very comfortable, clean, well prepared and new apartment with hospitable and responsive staff. Perfect value for money in a good location with all the facilities needed. Allowing special requests, like later check out or leaving the luggage.

− There are a lot of codes and doors but this is just something to note. On the other side it is at least safe and you can have a space where you can leave the luggage for late departure.

Best place i ever booked on booking.com

+ Hands down - this is my favorite apartment that i ever booked through this platform here. You can feel how much effort the host is putting into it - very nice furniture, good quality items wherever you look, a lot of attention to details. On top, it was clean, the location is nice, the key handover and information very easy.

− The fact that i didnt book it for more nights. Everything else is just 10/10.

Exceptional

+ A minimalist and very affordable apartment in a great location close to the city center. Getting around was easy and convenient. The apartment was comfortable, and the owner was very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Almaty

− The walls are quite thin, so noise from neighboring apartments can sometimes be heard. However, it was still okay, as it was only noisy during the daytime and the apartment was quiet again at night

Exceptional

+ easy to access my room , good facilities

Big clean room in central city

+ It is in the central city near big shopping mall. Also a lot of small mini-mart surrounding. The room size is suitable to stay + cook food (not heavy). The room was cleaned and full facility. The Host is very kindness, and giving clear instruction for entering to the room. In total, it is over than expectation.

− No, everything are over expectation.

Exceptional

+ Comfortable clean new apartment with shops, mall, cafes all on your doorstep. Easy to get buses around city as great location. The kitchen had everything we needed, had a really good washing machine too. Bed super comfortable, we loved staying here and definitely recommend. The host is excellent at communication and gave very explicit instructions, which made it easy to locate apartment 😀

I loved everything about this studio apartment. Everything I needed was there, which made my stay very comfortable. Even

+ Strong WiFi, kitchen and laundry facilities, towels and toiletries. The apartment is modern, clean, new and cozy, and had everything I needed. Building is safe with security codes for gates and doors plus cctv.

− Nothing. Everything was perfect.
