Scam, Wrong Location, Poorly Maintained, Unhabitable, Broken Bed, Unprofessional, Avoid Booking.

+ Literally nothing.

− We booked 2-bedroom space in the Concept Apartment and the location mentioned in the app was 66 Nizami street. One day before our arrival they requested us for change of apartment due to water leakage at the space we booked. We all arrived at the property at 5:00 AM after a midnight flight with our 5-month-old baby, only to find the apartment was not in Nizami street, not well maintained literally things were falling apart, bed completely unusable due to severe dents and sagging. When we informed the key-holder, he refused to replace or properly fix the mattress, simply offering to bring an extra blanket at 11:00 AM and asked us to adjust. This is unacceptable for a family traveling with an infant, and the apartment is not in a habitable condition as advertised. This agency feels like a big scam please be careful when you’re booking with them it this apartment.

− They are scammers. We were not provided the promised apartment. When we reached the location, the agent contacted us and said the apartment has some kind of problem and we were moved to another location. Which was far from there. Don’t book with them. They have numerous properties with different names. Anyone who wants to book. Just book hotels with 3 star above. With genuine reviews. Apartments are all scam. M Estate is the agency name. Nargis is the agent. You will see thier names in different properties in baku

− Dear we did not stay at concept apartment, because when we reached at airport the concept management text us that they have some issue with motor pump, and give you some other place, they do not even show us the apartment and took us some other place and try to convenience us to stay here that was very bad apartment.
