+ Had a wonderful stay at Cocoon Talya Hotel. The location is excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay.

+ The property was very clean and immaculate. From the start to finish, we really enjoyed the hospitality. The staffs were very sweet and helpful. The rooms were neat. Overall amazing stay. Definitely coming back and highly recommend.

+ Чистый номер, очень внимательный персонал ! Помогли найти паспорт , отзывчивый персонал по любому вопросу . Номер соответствовал фотографиям. До пляжа мин 20 -25 пешком , но для меня это не проблема

+ I’ve stayed at Talya Patong Hotel multiple times now, and it honestly feels like my go-to place whenever I visit. Every stay has been consistently comfortable and enjoyable, which is why I keep coming back. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which really adds to the overall experience. I also love the convenient location it makes getting around so much easier. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay!

Bad experience

+ Just the location was okay. The owner of the hotel didn’t speak properly even after requesting few basic things.

− We booked 2 rooms and 1 room was okay but the toilet in other room was bad and old and stained. Our request to change room the next day was not entertained and they didn’t even had fresh towels for the 2nd day.

Comfortable and cheap.

+ Very comfortable bed, and there was no restriction on the air conditioning schedule. They asked for a 1,000 baht deposit to enter the room (I didn’t see that amount mentioned anywhere). We didn’t have the cash, so I left my passport instead. On the day of checkout they inspect the room, and if everything is clean and okay, they return it immediately. I felt the room wasn’t that clean for the number of rules they have — it seemed a bit disproportionate, but I also understand they were probably forced to take these measures because of inconsiderate tourists. The room was cheap and overall good — I would come back ♥️

− The lady at reception was quite cold in her manner. She should work on her soft skills when dealing with the public, or consider a job where she doesn’t have to deal with the public at all ✨

Хороший вариант, НО наверху идет шумный ремонт.

+ Сначала меня поселили в номере по центру 3 (по факту 4) этажа. Номер с окном на улицу. От окна в первой половине дня было очень жарко, даже с работающим кондиционером, так что пришлось держать шторы закрытыми. Номер просторный, мебели достаточно. Кровать удобная. Ванная просторная. После жалобы на шум сверху (на следующем этаже идут ремонт), меня переселили на этом же этаже в конец коридора, в номер с окном во двор. Также номер нормальный. Локация удобная. В лобби есть кулер с водой. Насекомых нет.

− Все было бы хорошо, но на верхнем этаже идет ремонт - долбить начинают в 8.45 примерно. Возможно, он скоро закончится, т.к. когда я уезжала, наверх поднимали диван. Отсутствие лифта, крутая лестница. В душе только душ, лейки с ручкой нет. Не очень удобно расположены розетки.

+ The rooms are a bit outdated, but functional and clean. The rooms match the photos online. In a couple of minutes walking you are in the main streets.

− The hotel is located on a very busy street. Rooms located to the street side tend to get noisy.
