Disappointing
+ up on the hill away from all the business
− it was not clean, under construction was not informed. Needs attention.

it was alright

− The AC wasn't cooling enough. The gym needs some attention; I had breakfast once, and it was okay.

Overall good budget stay
+ We had a great room the the price. It was a suite room with jacuzzi outside and bathtub inside.
− The hotel needs but of maintenance as the floors were squeaky.

− I was in Pool villa. I were having issues with wifi , they never slove it than i have issues with hot water i complain multiple time . But no. One came to che k that after sometime reception did not answer the call. It was very disappointing.

Beautiful surroundings, but the poor maintenance and inconsistent service made the stay disappointin
+ The resort isn’t quite how it used to be, but it’s still a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. It’s located up on the hill, surrounded by nature, which makes it very quiet and relaxing. You can hear the sounds of wildlife and running water, and the whole place has a lovely atmosphere.
− The room also had several issues. The bathroom sink drain was broken, the chair by the pool was damaged, and the AC in the suite was not working even though it was listed as included in the booking. Service was also inconsistent. We had bathrobes once but never received them again, and sometimes we were given pool towels while other times we were not. The room was also not cleaned unless we specifically asked, which was surprising for a resort. The pool was very dirty during our stay, with leaves, insects, and cloudy water. We understand that this may partly be due to the monsoon season, but it still seemed like the staff were not doing enough to keep it clean. This was especially disappointing because we booked a pool access room specifically to enjoy the pool, but we only ended up swimming a few times.

ok, would not stay here again
+ Room was dated but comfortable Breakfast was ok
− language barrier was not good. attended the restaurant for dinner on 2 occasions one night owner and his wife were having a verbal argument. While there were 5 to 6 waitresses to serve our table none of these could speak or understand english even when we use a conversion apt. The food was no better than street food we had purchased We asked for coffee and what appeared to be the woman in charge stated the restaurant did not have any coffee or tea. All waitresses were pleasant and eager to please but then could not or did not want to understand us. I feel these poor waitresses had no training or experience and were really serving the manager and his wife. Very disappointed.

Better than the reviews, as expected for the price.
+ My large room and spa were clean and without any issues. I was thrilled to have my room ready prior to scheduled check-in and close to my extended family members. The family pool attendant was 5*. The view from the main restaurant at night is lovely and the late hours are good. Staff pleasant everywhere. The shuttle bus worked well for us.
− With the resort being so far from a good swimming beach the pool area should be an outstanding feature. The pool was clean but the entire area is in a terrible condition - 90% sunbeds are unusable and the decking is dangerous (rotten, unlevel and protruding nails). The resort is also let down by the same menu at every food outlet. I did not take breakfast. I had no hot water on any occasion.
