An exceptional honeymoon with our toddler!

+ - Swim up pool is such a game changer with a toddler or baby. Whilst they sleep, you can swim, sunbath etc. - Staff were amazing with our 1.7 month old. Special shout-out to Gülsüm at guest relations who created a very special bond with him. He was very excited whenever he saw her and she gave us a bit of rest bite here and there playing with him. - Food buffet and choices are incredible - Peaceful and relaxing environment, great stuff for kids and adults. We really manages to have a restful holiday even with a toddler with us on our honeymoon!

− Honestly, everything was so good. We loved it all and anything that could be improved is just so small. Would have been nice if there was more fruit available from the snack area. The floor in our room could do with a deeper clean and some ware/tare to bring everything up to perfection.

Exceptional

+ Чистое море. Удобное размещение, отличные кровати, постельное белье. Уборка каждый день. Ненавязчивый и доброжелательный персонал. Красивая зелёная территория. Вкусная еда.

− Маленький выбор фруктов, во время полдника небыло салат бара. Полотенца пахнут старостью

It was our 2nd time and probably we’ll return again :)

+ Our room was nice with a sea view. The room was cleaned every day. Food was exceptionally great, as during the previous stay. Good variety of different activities - we tried volleyball, tennis, table tennis, archery, aqua aerobics, etc.

Outstanding resort, loved every minute!

+ This resort exceeded every expectation. We traveled with young children and it is hands down one of the most family-friendly places we’ve ever been. They’d thought of everything, right down to kid-sized tables in the dining areas. The Aqua Park was a massive hit and there were activities all day, so no one was ever bored. Food was outstanding, loads of variety. Every single day was delicious. Our swim-up room was stunning and being able to step straight into the pool felt like pure luxury. Truly unforgettable. We’re already talking about coming back.Highly recommend.

+ The beach was clean, and to my surprise, we always had access to sunbeds despite the huge number of guests at the hotel. Our room had a pleasant view, and it was cleaned every day by the housekeeping staff. The main restaurant exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of dishes, including both European and Slavic cuisine. Everything was delicious.

− My girlfriend said that the paid services, such as the photoshoot and massage, are overrated and overpriced for the quality you get. For me, it was fine.

+ Our swim-up suite was absolutely exceptional. It felt more like staying in our own private cabin than a traditional hotel room. The suite shared a beautiful pool with only a handful of other cabins, creating a peaceful and exclusive atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. The level of service provided by the staff was outstanding. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from fresh bathrobes and slippers delivered daily to the in-suite amenities, including complimentary wine and liquor. Each day, we were also treated to fresh fruit, cookies, and tea delivered to our room, We had our own concierge her name was Basak that we called if we needed anything she reserved our love beds at the beach everyday which came with a plate of fresh fruit and fresh towels under a beautiful canopy.

Last week of Season with family at the hotel.

+ Sea and Spa. Professional Receptionists and friendly barmen at the pool bar.

− Staff needs to be trained better to focus on "custoner first". I noticed that each staff I approached was referring to me another staff member to handle issues. Access cards were given constantly did not work and I had to perform routine visits to the reception. Both vault and doors needed to be fixed. Cleaning was not performed every day, and had to request this twice during my stay. Kids club did not do any activities except being open. Communication is missing for daily activities.
