Value for Money with some great facilities
+ The Location served my purpose not sure about others. the food was excellent very tasty and great.
− the rooms didn't have a dining table for in room dining so we were left to eat sitting on the bed.

room was good, clean and comfortable. Just wifi and breakfast need improvement
+ Only veg and not many option for someone with low tolerance to curry. Location was good and rooms clean and confortable
− Wife login requires Indai mobile number and not sutiable for international travlers. I had to get the staff to use there mobile to get a code to register the wifi. Also requires new login code evry day. Thi si outdated system for hotel wifi login.

+ The food at the restaurant was good and the staff and servers were very kind and friendly. Especially a waiter ( Sultan) was good with suggestion and customization. Soups and sizzlers are the best.
− Multiple contact number for each service. The front desk were very cold. The Lady( Sonam Jadhav) forgot to include laundry bills and upon asking she billed it but on different room. She did not provide relevant bill at all.

− Property is a very old property far away from the main city . Maintained but not very well. Washroom had foul smell, High prices compared to the quality of the property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel for value for money.
+ We are not keen on buffet breakfast as sometimes items are not as warm/hot as we like. We used order from live counter and it was very nice

Avoid this hotel if you can, there are way better options at this price.

− The staff have no sense of hospitality or a good attitude to service. Rooms are small and lack freshness from cleaning. Very poor quality of breakfast and the breakfast service. Hardly any options to choose from, poor quality of fruits.

− Everything, staff had 0 etiquette, defined amenities in the room were missing (no blow dryer, bath robes, clothes iron, fridge/mini bar, bathroom mirror without lighting, missing clothes hooks in washroom) . Wifi was limited to 15min followed by paid service. No bell boy to help with luggage, no guidance for car parking. Very dull attitude of hotel staff. Room cost was over priced for services rendered.
