− Tea bags are open and left on tray for long- on idea about expire date. Cup dirty, shower broken, ac remote not working. 2 single beds made double. Can’t sleep with comfort.

− Comforter was filthy instead of clean one put a cover it for us Ac started leaking water all over floor given another room with no shower door floor soaked .overhead shower in 3 rooms didnt work brk had no bread only reheatwd eggs and 1 weiner we ate out.

This is a SCAM hotel that will last minute cancel to get more money out of you

− Warning this hotel is a scam!!!!!! We had a booking we had paid in full for a 2 bedroom apartment. We were notified 30minutes prior to our flight to male via private message that they cancelled our booking (this was not done formally, it was just a direct message from the hotel, not a booking.com notification and there was NO mention of a refund even though they had taken the money out days prior) In the message they noted - ‘we’ve given you plenty of notice that this is cancelled, we’ll instead put you in a new room for an extra charge’. I immediately replied asking for clarification which they ghosted and we didn’t hear from them again despite multiple attempts through booking.com, whatsap and phone calls. We were only able to sort it out when we walked into the actual hotel. On arrival they said to us that they gave us lots of notice that the two bedroom was cancelled (they didn’t, I checked everything and all I had was a confirmation of booking) and that they would put us in a single room now for $40usd more. That’s right $40usd extra for a much smaller room. We were very stuck as it was very late, dark and we were with a baby so they knew we didn’t have much choice. Luckily we said we’d go elsewhere and would like a refund, then they magically decided we could have the single room for the same price we paid for the double as a ‘favour’. He mentioned to us many times that this room last minute should cost much more… It was a huge ploy to get more money out of us We stayed the night and got out as FAST as possible, the room was not nice at all. There was one really lovely young man working to help with bags and getting taxis, I am so grateful for his help, he was really kind and helped us in a hard time. Overall BOOKERS BEWARE

Not bad for the price. Unfriendly Staff!

+ Location is good, beach and restaurants walking distance. Bed is comfortable. Room is spacious. Nice bathroom with hot shower. Good WiFi.

− My room has a window overlooking another building wall. Very depressing view. Hotel hallways and floors dirty. Small lobby full of staff and friends speaking loudly until 11 pm. In the morning the lobby floor so dirty from staff gathering. Unfriendly staff. Didn’t offer any info or help. Lucky for me I had the taxi app on my phone to book my return to the airport.
