+ Perfect location, helpful people. Rooms are decent. Was attending F1, so location was everything and that can't get much better than this.

− The bathroom needs some repairs. Be careful with payment, even though Booking shows credit cards accepted they will push for cash (and otherwise an extra amount for card payment).

+ Very confortable and clean room. Excellent air conditioner. Location is perfect next to everything i needed. Also breakfast was well served and very tasty. Excellent value for the money i paid.

− When i got to the hotel reception worker (named Mekaiev) took from me a higher price for my room when paying in euros and converting to manat. BRING MANAT TO ROOM PAYMENT. I booked a double room and i got a smaller room. My tv didnt worked .I asked him to fix it but he didnt fix for my entire stay.

− I had my reservation but once I arrived early in the morning it was closed and no one opened the door I left outside and cancelled my booking. Also address in the booking is wrong half an hour I tried to find the place

Situated right in the heart of the city, there are plenty of dining options within a two-minute walk. The famous Baku Boulevard along the Caspian Sea is just a 10-minute walk away, while Nizami Street is a straightforward 20-minute stroll, which is a treat if the weather is right.

− There is no elevator, and the hotel occupies the second floor and above. Climbing the stairs with luggage—or for elderly guests and anyone with mobility concerns—can be a major challenge. The room provided all the essential amenities like fridge, tea pot, and good air conditioning; however, minor bathroom repairs and fixture maintenance would go a long way in elevating the property's rating.

− Lot of mosquitoes in the room, I book 2 rooms, but they said only 1 available, then we got the extra mattress but they charge a lot, more than the amount of 2 rooms for a single room

+ Everything was fine, except they cancelled my non refundable booking while I was flying. I forced them to provide room to me and received it.

− My booking provided the wrong address. Instead of Haqani street 90, it was written as Haqani 103. Be careful.

− 1，我预订了两晚大床房，到了发现是双床房，问可不可以换大床房，不行。今晚有一间大床房，但是明晚其他客人预订了。明明我先到店，我也预订了，如果我今天住了剩下的一间大床房，明天需要换房让给后入住的客人，完全无法理解店家的安排。 。 。最后妥协，连住了两天双床房（把两个床移到了一起） 2， 房门的锁坏了，从内部也无法锁上，直到我离开，锁都是坏的，没有修好，晚上睡觉只好把椅子抵在门后～虽然也没啥用 3，我这间近端的房子，临街，对面是一家夜店，我正好是周末入住，比较吵。 。 。怕吵的建议让店家安排不临街的房间

+ The hotel is well located, close to many attractions, shopping malls, and restaurants, which makes it very convenient for visitors. The breakfast is quite basic but sufficient. I would also like to thank the housekeeping lady, who was very kind, helpful, and greeted guests with a smile. The reception staff and all hotel employees were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

− Unfortunately, there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, likely due to the drainage system or a maintenance issue. The odor was quite noticeable and even caused me some allergy symptoms during my stay. I reported the issue to the gentleman at the reception desk, who informed me that it would be checked and fixed. However, the problem remained unresolved until my departure.

Could do with a spruce up but you get what you pay for.

+ Staff were friendly and helpful, I was put in a bigger twin room instead of the single that I booked. Water was hot. A simple breakfast that was the same each day, but did the job. I came towards the end one morning and they brought out some more food. Short walk from metro and airport bus with lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Also not too far to walk to the esplanade. I had to laugh though, I arrived around 21:00 and with my large backpack on I walked past a young guy standing outside. I waited at reception a couple minutes until he came inside, apologised to keep me waiting and then asked if I was checking in or out 😂

− I can understand it costs money to renovate a room and the place is budget, but a bit of extra TLC and cleaning would help. Shower head holder was broken so I jammed it into the soap holder. Water leaked from the door, but I had ample towels provided to soak it up. I was surprised to see the wallpaper and hole when I pulled the curtain back. Overall, it was the cheapest room with private bathroom I could find so I wasn’t expecting too much anyway.
